The State of The Kingdom

www.friendsnchrist.ning.com

Kingdom- King and His Domain

This blog is in responce to a question someone recently raised, in which i had fellowship with. The question was basically: Whats the state of The Kingdom ? (While the question seems to focuss on the now I will be relating it to both the now and the establishment of the kingdom described in relation the the Lords day.

There were once 10 lepers cleansed and only one of them gave glory to God. Yeshua (Jesus) said to this one "Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole."
Luke 17:20-21 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Israel was given 3 Pilgrimage Festivals (Shlosha Regalim). At these set apart times the people of Hashem were called to come together in fellowship unto Him and amoung each other.
1) Pesach/Passover 2) Shavuoth/Pentecost 3)Sukkot/Feast of Tabernacles
Basics: During Passover we are called to fellowship and profess our devotion to The Will of God through the blood of the Passover lamb (In the spirit of Elijah), which again centered around the Kingdom of Jerusalem). Pentecost in Yeshua's time was a time in which the Jews and theologians, "believers" from all areas (scattered) would come together in (the territory of Judah/the kingdom) fellowship unto the Lord of Israel. Durring Sukkot God's people are called to "dwell" in temporary dwellings in relation to the calling out of God's people unto him.
During these observances it would be common place to break bread and partake of cups according to the faith. This carried over to what Christians call the Lord's table which represents our fellowship with YHVH and us being one with him ( The King and his dominion/ The Kingdom). In my personal faith I see these 3 set apart times as being times in which those In The Faith (worthy) are called to partake of The Lord's table (body/blood).

1 Cor.11:20-26 When ye come together therefore into one place, this is not to eat the Lord's supper. For in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken. What? have ye not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise ye the church of God, and shame them that have not? what shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise you not. For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come.

The Lord's table isnt to be taken in vain by people only interested in food and drink. Its about Communion with our Messiah Yeshua. Its about being one with the King in his dominion (The Kingdom). 1 Cor.5:6-8

1 Cor.11:27-34 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another. And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation. And the rest will I set in order when I come.

Luke 22:14-18 And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the twelve apostles with him. And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God. And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves: For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.

Yeshua went on to serve them the bread and fruit of the vine Lk.22:19-28
Lk.22:29-30 And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me; That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Lk.9:27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.(Matt.16:28)

Yeshua speaking unto his disciples some of which indeed saw him have victory over death. Some of which also saw Yeshua ascend up to the Father with Moses and Elijah!

Lk.24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. (Acts 1:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)

Yeshua having dominion over devils showed that he brought with him The Kingdom Matt.12:28. His apostels are given this authority over all their enemies as well Lk.10:19/ Jn.20:21,22,23 (Proverbs 18:10/ Is.54:17/ Eph.6/2 Cor.10:4...) They recieved the "power from on high at Pentecost Acts 2:1,2,3 !

Acts 1:2-8 Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. (again fulfilled in Acts 2:1,2,3,6,7,8,16,17,18)

Yeshua (King of kings and Lord of lords) is to return to establish the universal kingdom and do away with all that is unrighteous! It is through Yeshua that we are able to enter into the grace of YHVH today!
Heb.1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high
Heb.1:8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

Matt.6:9-13 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. (Jn.3:12)

Dan.12:2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

Jn.6:39And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
Jn.6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Jn.6:54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

The sister of Lazarus discussing the resurrection
Jn.11:24-26 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Jn.12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day

Jn.16:16-23 A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father. Then said some of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he saith unto us, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the Father? They said therefore, What is this that he saith, A little while? we cannot tell what he saith. Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me? Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy. A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world. And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.

To say name is to mention character. Those that are in Yeshua and Yeshua in them are one with him. when they ask of the Father they ask in his name if they are lead of the spirit.

John 17:9-11 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. (Deut.6:4)

Jn.17:20-21 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

Apostacy
We are to be known by our fruits. If you walk in the Spirit you have fruits of the Spirit. By the Spirit his people can discern who is of the kingdom and who is of the world. Dont be decieved. One comes to pervert and take away our communin with The Father. The anti (instead of) Christ. He will cause the daily oblation to cease. Those of the world shall say lo here lo there he is. With observance this one will come seeking to call the people OF this world unto him. Yet those of Christ have no need of this one cause the kingdom is in the midst of you. We have Yeshua (Jesus) HaMashiach (The Christ) today by the Spirit. The adversary has taken the role of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He has given life to wickedness within his own will. He has proclaimed himself equal to YHVH and claimes the postion of Mashiach. His doctrine is like that of "pre trib rapture". He cause Adam and Eve to be exspelled from the garden.
Is Your kingdom earthly or heavenly? Is your body a instrument of The Spirit or darkness? Have you mixed in earthly political leaven with your seeking of The Kingdom? Are you looking to simpley fly away from the calling of the set apart ones?

Gen.3:22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

(Rev.2:11/ Rev.20:6,14/ Rev.21:8)
Life or death its your choice!
Heb.2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

The kingdom lives in the ongoing relationship that the Father has with His children. And they look forward to the time when this Kingdom is established universally and we are allowed to Rest in the Peace and Light of Eturnal Life with YHVH free from all things not of The Kingdom!

Born of Water

www.friendsnchrist.ning.com

Jn.3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
Eph.4:4-6 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;One Lord, one faith, *one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Those with spiritual eyes and ears see the water baptisim pointing to --> THE  (1) BAPTISIM of the Spirit! (Rom.6: 1-14/ Col.2:17/ Heb.8:5;10:1/ Matt 3:11)

Water baptisim for Christians symbolizes entering into the grave (as Yeshua did) and overcoming death through his sacrifice. But is there more to it than that?

-John 3
There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

There are Two Basic layers of being born of water. Each of these layers have 2 basic layers (phy.Spiritual).

First of all, water is used to represent: giving of life (birth), sustaining of life, The Holy Spirit * Jn 4:10,11,12,13,14,15/* Jn.7:37,38,39), The Word * 1 Jn.5:8/ Eph.5:26/ Matt.4:4/, and cleansing....

-Jn.3:5 says born of: 1) water 2) Spirit
-Jn.3:6 say born of: 1) flesh/flesh 2) Spirit/spirit
Subject #"1)" has two layers (1a, 1b)and is the focuss of this blog.

1a) Yochanan (John) the baptist stressed to the pharisees that they had need to Bring Forth Fruits Worth of Repentance Lk.3:8 This the whole point of water baptisim. He submersed those (mikveh) who had a change of heart (Repented). This is a good phy work before witnesses (of professing your faith and submission to YHVH), that you devote your body to walking in the (fruit of the) Spirit. Professing That your body (flesh) is to be a temple of the Holy Spirit according to faith (1 Cor.3:16/ 1 Cor.6:19). This is One Spiritual relation to being "born of flesh". This layer (of being born of water/flesh) directly points to being born of Spirit (which is the Primary reason for Jn.3) as Yochanan also pointed to as the forerunner of Yeshua (Jesus) Lk.3:16. If we deny Him we will certianly be denied the kingdom.

1b) The Pharisee Nicodemus was narrowly considering Yeshua's words literally (in the physical sense) yet there are layerS to the Word of God. (two basics are "-1- phy. -2- Spiritual") Many today are still reading John 3 with a limited understanding.
Nicodemus heard the Words of Yeshua and immediately thought of the womb. Today we have believers that hear Yeshua's words of John 3 and immediately think of literal water baptisim, and also point to the Spiritual truth of baptism (which ARE the most edifying contexts! btw). But could there be yet another layer? (If so there would be a reason for it/ like an example)
Can we get something from a strictly physical view? Afterall, Yeshua used the literal (physical) context as a starting point of understanding required before full understanding of the spiritual context!

-vs.12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
(heavenly- pertaining to the heavens!/ figurative of being Spiritual ("things")!)

When we read Gen.2:7 (with Hebrew understanding)/ 1 Cor.15:35-58/ 2 Cor.5:7-10/ Ecc.12:6-7/ Jn.16:28/ Job33:4 we see than physical man consists of both spirit and flesh. The spirit thereof coming from the Father and exsisting before physical birth as we can document Many times over.

-vs.13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

Note: one must 1st descend before they can ascend! Meaning they exsisted spiritually prior to physical birth. So from this I gather support and see No biblical claim to refute all the verses that carry the context that: we are also being told its a requirement that we be Born into the physical realm (flesh) according to YHVH's order, in order to enter the eturnal kingdom. To be born of woman. To be born of the womb (water!). To be born into the earth which again is surrounded by the firmament (of water).

Some may say duh. Some will say yeah thats a Very simple truth (we are born of flesh before we see the eturnal kingdom. Some may say, well werent we all born of woman (flesh)? Yes, WE all were! But there were some spirits that rejected this order. They are known as fallen (rebel) spirit beings. Instead of being born of woman (flesh) according to YHVH's standard they came to seduce woman (Gen.6) and to work out their own salvation and to further their own order. YHVH saw this as an abomination and brought about the flood of Waters to destroy them and all the perversion they had created within Their order. They are to this day being reserved unto the day of judgement (Jude 1:6).

Many ask why was Yeshua (Jesus) baptised. Even John exspressed he had need that Messiah baptize him (Matt.3:14)!

........ Matt.3:13-17/ Mk.1:9-11/ Lk.3:21-23/ Jn.1:31-33...........
It was to show that Messiah (Ben Yoseph) had come! This was when he started his ministry (and to begin to fulfill scripture)! We are told that the Spirit of Elijah is the forerunner of Messiah (Elijah represents the prophets which point towards Messiah). We were also told in relation to Yochanan (John) the Baptist that this is Elijah IF you will recieve it. John wasnt recieved he was beheaded and Messiah was rejected as well.
To do Mikveh (or water baptisim) signifies that you are devoting your whole being to G-D the Father, to do His will. (Devoting the flesh to be a vessel of bringing forth fruits of The Spirit- a temple of G-D) This water baptisim was a sign that Messiah would now fulfill that which was before him to do and its only right that John was the one to baptize him. John said that this was a sign to him (John) that this was indeed Messiah and John the baptist had Just finished telling the people i baptize thee with water but one comes after me who baptizes with the Holy Spirit (Mk.1:8/ Lk.3:16)!
Jn.1:31-33
And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
John KNEW this to be a Clear sign from G-D even before the actual event that this is the Holy One of Israel! We know this Holy One was sinless he wasnt washing away sins (Blood Atones, Not water).
Mashiach means anointed. This one is Forever after the order of Melchisedec and his anointing is by the Father. The Voice of G-D declared His favor upon Yeshua at his baptizim (Matt.3:17)
---------
Mikveh (water baptizim) is not the traditional ceremoneal anointing (with oil). (Just extra bits of info for notes) Yeshua was after the Order of Mel. Not Levi. Samuel anointed David, of The Father (Sam.10:1)/ Yeshua Lk.4:18 (Is.61:1)
----------
1 Pet.1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the WORD of God, which liveth and abideth forever.
Matt.19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God:... vs.21 "follow me"... Christ came not to do his own will (that of his flesh) but came to do the will of The Father. Thus we saw the Father in the life (fruits) of Christ.
John the baptist said I baptise with water but there is one coming after me who baptizes with The Holy Spirit (Matt.3:11), Its evident that John the baptist had the Holy Spirit at this time (Lk.1:15,41) For this message was one of the Holy Spirit and we are even told he was filled with the Holy Spirit from his mothers Womb!
Born of spirit while in the waters of the womb!

Trick or treat?

Saul has fallen away and recieves NO more revelation from YHVH (1 Sam.28:3-6,15). Saul decides to result to necromancy for revelation instead vs.7,8.

1 Sam.28:7-25
7 Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor.

( "familiar spirit"- note the Hebrew #178! one with a familure spirit- to mumble - hence a necromancer VENTRILOQUIST) This act of Saul consorting with this one is an abomination unto the LORD:
2Kings 23:24/ *Lev.19:31;20:6,27/ Is.8:19/ Deut.18:10-13/ *1 Chron.10:13-14/ 2 Chron.33:6

8 And Saul disguised himself, and put on other raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and bring me him up, whom I shall name unto thee.

(Disguised- a major part of the Halloween observations)

9 And the woman said unto him, Behold, thou knowest what Saul hath done, how he hath cut off those that have familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land: wherefore then layest thou a snare for my life, to cause me to die?
10 And Saul sware to her by the Lord, saying, As the Lord liveth, there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing.

(Saul vowed to an alligance against the standard of YHVH/ Torah)

11 Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel.
12 And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul.
13 And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.
14 And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.
15 And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.
16 Then said Samuel, Wherefore then dost thou ask of me, seeing the Lord is departed from thee, and is become thine enemy?
17 And the Lord hath done to him, as he spake by me: for the Lord hath rent the kingdom out of thine hand, and given it to thy neighbour, even to David:
18 Because thou obeyedst not the voice of the Lord, nor executedst his fierce wrath upon Amalek, therefore hath the Lord done this thing unto thee this day.
19 Moreover the Lord will also deliver Israel with thee into the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shalt thou and thy sons be with me: the Lord also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the Philistines.

(Saul recieved a message of condemnation for this abomination the same judgement he had once upheld in Hashem)

20 Then Saul fell straightway all along on the earth, and was sore afraid, because of the words of Samuel: and there was no strength in him; for he had eaten no bread all the day, nor all the night.
21 And the woman came unto Saul, and saw that he was sore troubled, and said unto him, Behold, thine handmaid hath obeyed thy voice, and I have put my life in my hand, and have hearkened unto thy words which thou spakest unto me.
22 Now therefore, I pray thee, hearken thou also unto the voice of thine handmaid, and let me set a morsel of bread before thee; and eat, that thou mayest have strength, when thou goest on thy way.
23 But he refused, and said, I will not eat. But his servants, together with the woman, compelled him; and he hearkened unto their voice. So he arose from the earth, and sat upon the bed.
24 And the woman had a fat calf in the house; and she hasted, and killed it, and took flour, and kneaded it, and did bake unleavened bread thereof:
25 And she brought it before Saul, and before his servants; and they did eat. Then they rose up, and went away that night.

(After commiting the abomination Saul recieved a TREAT! (vs.25))

Just something to think about when you go around (or take ur kids around) disguised, knocking on closed doors (that perhaps should remain closed) seeking goodies in the darkness.

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
2 Cor.6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

Special emphasis is given to the first six Hebrew words of this passage (Shema Yisrael, Adonai eloheinu, Adonai echad) and a six-word response is said in an undertone (barukh shem kevod malkhuto le'olam va'ed). After a pause, Deuteronomy 6:5-9 is then recited, which stresses the commandment to love the Lord your God with all of your heart, soul, and might.

2. Deuteronomy 11:13-21 (Vehayah): This moving passage stresses the blessings that come through obedience to Adonai and the consequences that come through disobedience.

3. Numbers 15:37-41 (Vaiyomer): This passage concerns the use of a the Tallit, a rectangular prayer shawl with four fringes (called tsitsit). One tsitsit is attached to each corner of the tallit. The reason for wearing the tsitsit is to remind oneself to observe all of the commandments of the Lord.

The Amidah / HaTefillah (standing prayer/ also mentioned by Yeshua-Mk.11:25)

Teshuva -(Return) Repentance in Judaism (according to rabbinic traditions and interpretations of The WORD)
- regretting/acknowledging the sin;
- forsaking the sin;
- worrying about the future consequences of the sin;
- humility;
- acting in a way opposite to that of the sin (for example, for the sin of lying, one should speak the truth);
- understanding the magnitude of the sin;
- refraining from lesser sins for the purpose of safeguarding oneself against committing greater sins;
- confessing the sin (spacific transgression/ Christianity accepts more general repentace as well as spacific);
- praying for atonement;
- correcting the sin however possible (for example, if one stole an object, the stolen item must be returned or if one slanders another, the slanderer must ask the injured party for forgiveness);
- pursuing works of chesed and truth;
- remembering the sin for the rest of one's life (should serve as reminder not to commit such a transgression);
- refraining from committing the same sin if the opportunity presents itself again;
- stressing to others the importance of repentace.

This is stressed during the Days of Awe (the 10 days between Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur).
Later Jewish tradition extended this time of repentance that all might come to the place of salvation to a 40 day span. While these are standards of repentace in rabinical Judaism there is much value of each of these in my view of scripture.

JN.3:1-13
*1There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
*2The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
*3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
*4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
*5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
-(1/ born of water 2/ born of the spirit)
*6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
-(1/ born of flesh 2/ born of spirit/ Gen.2:7/ 1 Cor.15)
*7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
-(again-anōthen Greek #509 from above)
*8The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
-(Spirit like unto the wind /Heb.Neshama, Ruach, Greek pneuma/ you cants see the wind but you can see its effects/ cant see the spirit but can observe its fruits/ SPIRITUAL examples Love, hate, Faith, intelect, character, ideologies, belief.... PRICELESS verse yet the focuss on this post is being born of Water.)
*9Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
*10Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
*11Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
*12If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
-(heavenly- Spiritual)
*13And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.

Matt.10: 32Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven
Rom.10: 10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
(Matt.12:39- Sign of Jonah's) The water baptizim is symbolic of the Spiritual baptizim, overcoming death through Yeshua (Jesus) our Passover - Heb.2:14/ 1 Cor.5:6-8, and Putting YHVH 1st in our lives. The moment one puts YHVH 1st that is the moment of righteousness.

each had a chief of the sanctuary (1 Chron.24:6,31) Father of Jn. the baptist was a serving Levitical priest (Lk.1:8)/ Decendants of Aaron Num.3:10 (the first Kohen / high priest) Kohanim- Levites (Ezra 2:26) / Divided into 24 groups each with 6 priestly families each of the 24 served one complete week with each of 6 serving one day per week on sabbath all six worked in tandem 24 groups changed every shabbat at completion of mussaf service
Throughout the word we see others were given to service yet not qualified as high priests such as the Nethinim- decendants of Nathan given to service.
Census taken durring return of a large group of Israelites in Ezra 8:15 showed lack of any qualified to leadership duties of the priesthood (no Levites/ Kohanim/ high priests) only Nethinim -(Nathan is to service/ not Levitical priests yet they were often given temple duties)(others were even more of a perversion of the priesthood Ex. 1 Chron.2:55/ the enemy within)
Anyone who isn't a Cohanim (Levitical preist) that attempts the postion being worthy of death. Num.16:35-40

Matza Recipe

* Step 1/ (Combine) Place flour, (salt and oil) in a bowl /and mix.(Oil Nor Salt is included if you want traditional matzah, some people add these things and still consider it qualified for communion olive oil and salt carry symbolizim of being set apart within the WORD!).
* Step 2/ Slowly add the warm water until the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency.
* Step 3/ Break your dough into small balls. (Some allow them to sit for consistantsy, however The Passover story mentions this process as being done quickly, thus rabbinic tradition put time limitations on "kosher" matza)
* Step 4/ Flatten out matza balls, cover a cookie sheet with a small layer of flour.
* Step 5/ Bake the bread in a pre-heated over at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes.
* Step 6/ Remove the bread from the oven when it reaches a (light) golden brown color.

Traditions of men or supported by Yah? You decide!
Is.49:13-17
Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the Lord hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted. But Zion said, The Lord hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me. Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me. Thy children shall make haste; thy destroyers and they that made thee waste shall go forth of thee.
This hand gesture is used in the priestly blessing of the Kohanim (Aaronic/ Levitical priests of Israel). Also called the "birkat Kohanim"/ or the "nesiat Kapayim". I have shown many times on this site how hand/arm in Hebrew relates to both power and works (which is also evident in the AlephBet). We relate this to the postion of Mashiach being at the right hand of G-D meaning his postion is to carry out the power and works of Yah.
The above scripture is often used to relate to this Traditional hand gesture in that the shape is that of the Shin and Hashem (the name/ G-D). Thus showing that when blessings flow from Yah not men (however men sent with divine authority and judgement are called Elohim) but that his sent forth ones are but instruments of his power and works. This blessing is also traditionally performed by parents over their children on Friday night (Shabbat) prior to dinner. According to the tradition people are not to look directly at the hands when being blessed. This tradition is based around Talmudic interpretation describing God as peering through the "lattice" formed by the hands of the Kohanim, referencing the verse in the Song of Songs (2:9): "My beloved is like a gazelle or a young hart Behold, he stands behind our wall He looks in through the windows Peering through the lattices (הַחֲרַכִּים). Ha-kharakim means "the lattices" and this is the only place it occurs in the Bible, but splitting off and treating the definite article as a numeral produces ה׳ חֲרַכִּים – "[peering through] five lattices"
The Aaronic blessing (Num.6:24:-27) was recited with this hand gesture.

Interestingly enough the hand gesture for "I LOVE U" closely resembles that of the priestly blessing. They form the same outline and both resemble the Hebrew shin.
